ok, as it's beginning to look.. I must have given away my Walk Away The Pounds dvd ... so now I'm on a hunt for some new ones, that will give me a great workout

I've been searching online

the ones that look interesting to me are

Leslie Sasone WATP
{newest one, with the bands. looked into QVC, Diane, but it's on back order for 45 days.. and I'm impatient lol}

The Biggest Losers Workouts

The Firm Cardio workouts

Denise Austin's Fat burning cardio

The Carribean (sp?) cardio workouts

Kathy Smith's cardio

Does anyone have any personal experiences with any of these?

Or do you have one that is not one of the well known instructors but delivers a great workout?

What I am looking for is a workout that makes you sweat!!!

Is easy to learn the steps

One that you don't need any extra equipment {like a step}

One that doesn't focus on a lot of knee bends and such {I have bad bad knees}

One that doesn't do a lot of jumping jacks.. or moves that require your feet to leave the ground a lot {I live in a little little house, one that you can feel the vibrations just when someone is walking across the floor.. never mind someone throwing 200 pounds up and down on the floor lol  the walls might just vibrate too much }

Now is there such a workout out there, that will meet all my "requirements" ?

thanks soo much for any and all imput

I don't want to buy another dvd that will sit on the shelf and not be put to good use.

I bought Denise Austin's Pliates for Every Body.    I hated it.  I couldn't follow the moves, and it was tooo fast paced.  Needless to say that one went to the library, and hasn't been missed lol

Rose,
I did find the new dvd's on leslie sansone's site. Go to www.lesilesansone.com/store/ look under new releases and it's there. It's a little cheaper then at QVC, but it has one less dvd. I do like her 5 mile walk and it will get you sweating. I just like the new ones because you can change it up so you won't get bored. Oh and just because QVC has a waitlist dosen't always mean it will take 45 days. I know what it is like to want something now. Maybe get the 5 mile one and order the others for when they come in. www.amazon.com has good prices on the 5 mile one. I think I'm in the same boat as you with the knees and the small house. Leslie's stuff has always served me well. I always go back to them.
Diane

I rent my workout dvd's from Netflix.   That way I never get bored, and if I realy like it I buy the dvd.  If not for Netflix I wouldn't have checked out a Tia Chi dvd.  I rented it on a whim, and loved it right away and bought a dvd set from Gaiam, and have done it every morning for about 2 years now.

Netflix has everything from yoga, Leslie Sansone, Gilad, The Firm, Carmen Electa, Billy Blanks.....  I like the step video's although some of them are tough to keep up with, and I also like the 10 minute solution dvd's.  They have 3 or 4 workouts per dvd that are only 10 minutes long and you can do just one or do all of them together to make a longer workout, and each one targets something (arms, butt, legs, ect..).

 I like Leslies 5 mile workout. It has it where you can do 3 miles or 5 and they are upbeat and fun!

I also like Gilad's Bodies in Motion. He has his own website too. He had low and high impact videos.

I like Leslie's WATP the best, I have the FIRM workout that has religious music on it.  I got mine off ebay.
