It is 100 degrees and sticky with humidity here.  Too hot to do anything.  I will do some yogo with the kids today inside with the ac on high, and might get some tredmil in, but my daily walks with the dogs are not happening in this heat!  It might be hard to find a cute pair of closed toe heels this time of year.   You might have to look online.

Hey Terry,

3Lbs is great!!! You should be so proud of yourself!

I've pretty much stayed the same. I've still kept "not" dieting, and just enjoy what I eat. I stay away from processed foods but that's because I've been cooking like crazy. I absolutely love to cook, but it's finding time that makes it hard.

I've started working out a lot more too. Dance, yoga, martial arts, and of course, my jogging.

Anyways, I have to get going! Have a good one! Glad to hear you're losing!

Hi Amanda,
The humidity is a killer.. Keep that ac going... I found cute tan ones... At work we cant have the open toe... Ugh.. So I did end up going crazy but found something that can go with my clothes..

Hey Terry,

My hubby and I made an agreement this summer to NOT eat out. It's harder than I thought...no subway, no manchu wok, and no Tim Hortons :( but...we've saved a LOT of money and when I cook, I know the food will be good!

I make a 10 person meal and then we have leftovers for a few extra days...and even if you have to throw out a little, it's still cheaper than eating out!
