Look in the mirror and tell me what you see.....

Whats the first few things that come to mind ?

I don't want to see all negative stuff here either...It's time to pat ourselves on the back, and see the POSITIVES within us...

So go ahead....  Go look at yourself in the mirror.... take a good hard, long look, and tell me what YOU see looking back at you.

I'll wait right here while you go do it....

VERY funny, Zoo!  Looking in the mirror, I mean.
Ok, I get ya!  We all have assets - some are inside.  I love my white hair and my smile is not bad.  I do believe beauty is only skin deep!!

*whistling at Elaine*  WHOOOoo-HOOOoooo!!!!

Now see, that wasn't so hard was it?

We really need to focus on the GOOD and the rest will follow.  We need to pump ourselves up with  enthusiasim ... encouragement, pride, and belief in ourselves in order to get where we want to be.

We need to celebrate US as we are ... nevermind what the scale tells you, what the size tag on ur clothes say.... we are still living, breathing people with thoughts and feelings that are very valid :))

So look into that mirror and tell yourself that YOUR WORTH IT no matter what !!!

I love my teeth...they're really straight and white. I also like my hair because it took me almost 6 months to get it right...it was dyed dark brown so it took a LOT of time and effort to get it blonde again.

I also like my eye colour...really dark brown. :) Oh, and my hairdresser just did my eyebrows...so I like those too!

Basically, I love when I look in the mirror most days. I'm just that cute!!!

Ok...so maybe not EVERY day...but today was a good hair/skin day :)

I love my eyes.  My grandma had the coolest eyes they were light purple, then the light would hit them and they would be a silver color.  I got my very big eyes from her (the rest of my family has brown eyes on both my moms and dads side).  If  I wear blue my eyes are green, if I wear green my eyes are blue.... if I wear black, silver, or grey my eyes turn a silvery grey color.  Very cool.

I also like my hair.  It is very long (long enough to sit on).  Every time I go into the salon they always tell me when I cut it to make sure I donate it to locks of love or some other cancer charity that makes wigs.  I wear my hair long and straint my hubby calls it my 'Cher' hair.  LOL...

Now if I could only remember how cool my eyes are or how my hair rocks  instead of eyeing my double chin while I am doing my make up........

This is a tough one because I have been unhappy with my looks lately. I'm getting a lot of wrinkles and going thru a mid-life crisis. If only I could afford a sports car I would probably get one. LOL.

But I do see a person who is able to get along with almost anyone. I'm very open minded and cut people a lot of slack.

My kids seem to like me and they are doing well in life. Not rich but happy and stable.

I'm a good cook and take good care of my family. I do what I can when I see people in need.

Now if I could just find something to slow down these wrinkles.

Yvonne - What you need is a sports car with a blonde in it!

What I see in the mirror -- someone with a lot of energy and deep laugh lines (no, they are NOT wrinkles, lol!); big brown eyes and a really terrific hair cut with a little highlighting to 'complement' my dirty blonde hair, not to hide the grey.

But you know, we're all beautiful and we need to remember this.

Pam
