Hey, all! Gena, Chara, good to see you here. I just got back from a few weeks in Colorado for work. It's been blazing hot here in DC for the past 5 days or so. I've lost 6 lbs since the start of summer. Hurray! Now to get into shape again because I'm going on a biking vacation in a few weeks.
