 Happy Sunday to all. Sheesh its so hot here in middle Tennessee! I have to work again today from  1-8pm. I sit with an elderly man with Alzheimers, that is a treat. I love spending time with him. We have so much fun. So I'm not planning much for this day.  I so need to walk but the heat seems to wear me out. I was thinking of pulling the WATP dvd out, the problem is thinking isn't enough - gotta actually do it. I have made the change from any sugar drinks to Crystal Light, I have to Double dilute it. Its to strong for me if I follow the directions. Whats happening in your world. Hope all has an amazing day! Gena |
