Kids sarted back to school today WHOOooo-HOOOooo  !!!!!

 

 

 

Don't faint... yes it is me.... Zoo...  I am still alive.

How are you all doing out there?  It was a slow board this summer, but that usually means it was a busy summer.

 

Tell us your accomplishments, what you were hoping to do, and where the last 4 months of this year is going to take you.

 

For me... I have lost 22 lbs so far !!!  I am VERY happy with that.  I see huge differences in my body and mind, and I am way more comfortable in this body of mine.

I need to get back into my workouts, and will probably start that next week...getting back into routine with the gym.

I am hoping to keep losing as I am really liking the changes.
