In the morning I plan to get in some tredmil time,plus I plan to finish cleaning out the old shed behind out house.  It is full of so much stuff that was ruined when the hail storm made the rood leak and busted out the windows.  I just have dreaded the spiders and put off doung it until today.

I am PMS-ing, and gained 5 pounds in 24 hours!  Darn you water retention!!!!!  I will keep up my excersize rutine (I got a new T'ia Chi dvd in the mail Friday, that I am looking forward to trying).  Hopefully in a week or so when my pms symptoms have passed, then maybe I will be back at the 299 I wieghed on Saterday!

I listened to my mp3 player loaded with some kind of subliminal music (static, ocean waves, and birds in the background).  I have had insomnia since I was a kid, and  last night I slept from the time I put the music on till hubby woke me up at 5:30 this morning!  I got 6 hours of sleep!!!!!!!!  I am so use to only getting in 2 sometimes 3 that 6 hours was amazing.  I hope I am able to do it again tonight.

Today I had kind of an emotional day,  I did well though.  The family and I even went out to dinner (all you can eat buffet, loaded with lots of good looking stuff).  I did well though and had mostly salad.  I had a few of the other things, but not more then a bite or two and not near a whole serving.  I also had a small slice of cherry pie, but with my day, I kind of deserved it. Besides I did manage to risist the 4 boxes of brownies I bought for my daughter's school snack day, just to have school canceled do to a gas leak.  That is a whole lot of chocolatey goodness to say no to!  I am not an emotional eater usually, and I am a pretty calm person, but today just kind of started out bad and got worse. :(
