Today I had kind of an emotional day,  I did well though.  The family and I even went out to dinner (all you can eat buffet, loaded with lots of good looking stuff).  I did well though and had mostly salad.  I had a few of the other things, but not more then a bite or two and not near a whole serving.  I also had a small slice of cherry pie, but with my day, I kind of deserved it. Besides I did manage to risist the 4 boxes of brownies I bought for my daughter's school snack day, just to have school canceled do to a gas leak.  That is a whole lot of chocolatey goodness to say no to!  I am not an emotional eater usually, and I am a pretty calm person, but today just kind of started out bad and got worse. :(           |   Amanda    Starting weight 1/01/2007:  304  Starting Weight 4/30/2007: 304  |     M   April 30  |     T   May 1  |     W  May 2   |    T  3  |     F  4  |    Sat  5  |     Sun  6  |    |  FOOD PLAN  |      |      |      |     |    |    |    |    |  EXERCISE     Morning T'ai Chi    Weights    Tredmil   dvd    30 minutes of some other exercise
