I started out over a year ago at 232 I am 45 years old and am now down to 189 looking to reach a health 155 or 160. I am very active and work hard. My best girlfriend and I have our own business. We mow lawns and do other outside work we also clean houses and do interior painting. I have always been a "big girl" but
consider myself pretty healthy. I decided that I do not want to be fat and 50!
Working my way down!

Congrats on the lose already. It seems that number 50 makes you look at your life. I know it did it for me. Looking forward to getting to know you.
