Here I will Journal my feelings Other than the fact

that I  cant be onlune all the time to journal I Keep a written journal as well I think I am doing rather well. I am proud of myself as Monday night My husband took me out to dinner at a Italian Restaurant well I blew his socks I orded something that was on thoier Healthy menu which only was about 160 cal and I actually loiked it.

   I also bought myself  a walking tracker I love it now I dont have to keep track myself. I am doing pretty good I think.

Hello there I  had a pretty good day. Long and busy as always, Pretty good meal day really watched what I was eating.

   Today.

Thrusday really was not a good day for me emotionally I never did eat to much I guess that too is part of my problem I had a busy online day with all my graphics and stuff and people wantng my attention, I sometimes have a hard time saying no or I need a food break.
