This is my journal where I'll keep track of my food intake and exercise. I'll admit that right now I don't get in a whole lot of exercise between school, work, and homework. But I'll be graduating in August with a bachelor's so I'll be all done with school. I will also get a few weeks off in June so I will be able to step it up then. My goal is to lost about 30 pounds and KEEP IT OFF THIS TIME! Any help would be greatly appreciated! ~Erin~ |
