Wellt is is going to be difficult, but I am goin to try.
This is my second full day of Getting Healthy.
I am hoping to do better with this than I have ever done before.
Ate good yesterday, walked for 2.6 km and drank 4 - 8oz glasses of water. Wishing myself luck for today.
