 Breakfast: whole grain cheerios, skim milk and peach slices sweetened with splenda
  
 Snack: apple
  
 Lunch: Lentil soup and a turkey sandwich
  
 Snack: carrot sticks
  
 Dinner: Lentil soup and turkey burgers
  
 snack: popcorn
