I reached my goal weight of 170 after 18 months (Dec. 2004). That's 135 lbs gone forever!!! Now, 2 years after starting my journey, I'm currently 14 lbs under my goal weight and only 6 lbs away from my ideal weight of 150. Woohoo!! It was definitely worth the effort. Lucinda
