ok, so i'm sitting here thinking of the goals i have in mind for the next 30 days.
1. watch what I eat. Cut carbs, up veggies & fruits. excersize 3-4 times a week (45 minutes min-stationary bike & ab machine.) drink lots of water during day at work, allow myself one diet soday with a healthier dinner.
2. Post on here often and use the site to my advantage and try to get a photo posted.
3. lose 5 lbs, more if i can.
