Vicky's Goals...
I want to do some sort of exercise each day, since I have a very hectic schedule at work, I intend to break up my workouts in small achievable amounts each day...
Drink plenty of Water each day.
Do some sort of Yoga workout each day for my back, even if it is only 1 Sun Salutation...
Eat more healthier choices...
