  1. Eat healthy, whole, nutritious foods. Watch portions. And I can still have the OCCASIONAL treat, but need to eat a small portion of it!
  2. Cardio for at least 30 min per day 6 days per week.
  3. Strength train 3 days per week. 
  4. Be gentle with myself and learn to love myself from the inside out. |
