1) I am cutting out caffiene...especially my beloved diet pepsi. It is not good for me. I will miss it, I may cry a little bit, but it is still not good for me.
2) I will eat healthier food choices and watch my fiber, salt. White bread is gone (The whole idea of glue from "you are what you eat" kicked that one.
3) I will exercise...once it's warm enough to go outside. I live in Canada. I am not stupid. I will freeze. I will do my strength training indoors and walk to work every day.
4) I will drink my 8 glasses of water a day.
5) I will not get discouraged if I am not losing loads of weight quickly. The slower it comes off, the more I know it is fat not water or muscle.
Started adding diet pepsi back in SLOWLY! I have a 12 pack of 355 mL's but I drink them RARELY! I've had 1 so far.
I'd like to drop another 5 pounds by the end of Feburary. It's a possible goal and it's worth the effort. I really want this weight loss and I'm going to follow through.
I want to lose another 10 pounds by the end of July.
That will put me down to 187.
I will eat healthy. Stay on my medication. I will drink water, and less pop. I will exercise regularly. I will work hard to lose the weight and weigh myself often to remind myself that I am dieting.
