Diet Clouds<o:p></o:p>

Things to watch out for in the Diet Sky such as Cumulus Grease Clouds and Cheese Strata Clouds.<o:p></o:p>

Oh those Diet Clouds!  Whatever type they are, they work to overshadow your diet plan. Let's take a look at some of the most popular Diet Clouds:<o:p></o:p>

Diet Thunder Clouds - These generally occur at a restaurant OR at Grandmother's house right before the dessert tray rolls by. If the dieter ends up feasting rather than nibbling on the dessert tray, great drops of water may fall down the dieter's cheek afterwards. (Face cheek.) (Oh my, that was cheeky.)<o:p></o:p>

Cumulus Grease Clouds - These Diet Clouds are nothing more than giant puff balls - mounds of fluffy shortening that may consist of vegetables or animal fat. Dieter may feel comfortable beneath the umbrella of these clouds, but should not be snookered into a feeling of security.  These Diet Clouds go from friendly to bad in a flash of Diet Lightening.<o:p></o:p>

Cheese Strata Clouds - Tall, wispy, tempting clouds that look <st1:City><st1:place>gouda</st1:place></st1:City> but are filled with the scent of limburger.<o:p></o:p>

Diet Rain Clouds - Similar to the Diet Thunder Clouds.  However, Diet Rain Clouds generally occur in the pre and post diet phases.<o:p></o:p>

Cloudless Diet Sky - This indicates a clear, cloudless Diet Sky in which the dieter has reached total Diet Contentment.  They have chosen a weight loss plan that meets all their nutritional, emotional and physical needs.<o:p></o:p>

Diet Cloud 9 - When Weight Loss Bliss is realized.<o:p></o:p>
