Simple Problems, Complicated Solutions......m<o:p></o:p>

Simple problems...complicated solutions? <o:p></o:p>

Why is it that the answers seem to be so complicated? Do we make them that way? We all come to this board looking for that one simple answer that will make it all better....but there doesn't seem to be one. Here where we are surrounded by so many people with the same problems we come to realize that each problem has several solutions and they aren't necessarily simple ones.

I think we become disappointed in ourselves and want to give up because we have been brainwashed over the years by the people who judge us and say, "It's easy..just push yourself away from the table!" or "Get up and get some exercise!"or my all time favorite, "Stop eating so much!" <o:p></o:p>

We go through life trying to find that simple answer to our simple problem (we're too fat) (we're not healthy) and we don't find it. We came to this board and I am sure most of you will admit you weren't sure there was an answer for you here either. It was just something different to try out. Sooner or later, you thought, I give up on this one too. <o:p></o:p>

But, then, something happens! Suddenly you can't tell the same old fibs to yourself or the people around you becasue WE all know!! We know when you are being real and when you are just looking for an excuse. You can get away with it once in a while....all of us need to tell little fibs to ourselves sometimes...but for the most part we turn on the bright lights and make you look! We can hold up that mirror so you see yourself from the neck down too. <o:p></o:p>

Little by little you realize that you are not alone! You have finally found the one group of people who do know that there are no simple answers and there is no simple "one size fits all" problems or answers out there. It is going to take a lot of dedication and hard work. What keeps you going is you are not alone any more. You've got people who will put a cyber hug out there for you and will also give you a cyber KICK in the butt when you need it. <o:p></o:p>

When the day comes that you can look at yourself with love and caring just like you deserve, you will have found the one simple answer that solves all problems...L O V E......when you find that for yourself...all the answers will be there! <o:p></o:p>
