Now I can say to myself I have taken the 1st step to the new me.  Yesterday I went shopping in the mall.  Only I think the clothes that would fit me were in a store called Lane Bryant and I could not cross the threshold.  So it's time to get down to business and take this healthy lifestyle thing seriously.
