Wow, there are soooo many things I can do now that I couldn't before. Here's a few of my favs: - Wear some size 18 pants!
- Wear XL shirts most of the time, no more women's sizes
- Have energy to last me all day long
- After 40 pounds lost, I can SEE a big difference in my body
- Cross my legs about halfway, a biggie for me
- Enjoy self confidence and not have to wonder if everyone is staring at the "ugly fat girl"
- I feel more free to be my true self
- Wear a tank top!
Those are just a few....I'm saving some others for when I need a pick-me-up. hehe Yay!!! |
