Dear All!!!! Colleen here, I have had one heck of a time getting your emails and posting!!!! Internet Expl;orer works sometimes and mostly NOT!!!!!! SO , I have been really frustrated and was just going to quit..then decided to try again..this time it let me open up REPLEY and post. I have done quite well today on water, food, but not an excercise progranm ...I will try harder tomorrow!! What is everyone doing for Labor Day..picnice..travel? We are maybe going on a picnice from Iowa to Wisconsin! Fun the two of us..alone and getting away.
