well for right now i'm starting out small. I'm not going to cut out all fats...... just most of them lol. I'll be drinking 8 12oz glasses of water a day. Instead eating burgers i'll be eating subs for lunch. I guess just making better choices. Instead of eating regular chips i'll get the low fat ones.... things like that. I hope this helps me lose the weight... if not i'll try something else lol.
