My plan is to follow these steps:
1. Find a good support group (DONE!)
2. Eat smaller portions and more often
3. Drink 8 (16 oz) bottles of water per day
4. Do not fry any of my foods
5. Prepare plenty of meats at the beginning of the week to freeze
6. Listen to my two incentive songs on the way to work and on the way home
7. Get some type of exercise each day for the first week and gradually ease myself into an exercise routine
8. Take vitamins
9. Research supplements and see if they are for me or if they really work
10. Spend more time and energy in getting dressed and ready for the day so that I will feel better about myself
If I follow the above there is no reason that I cannot be healthy and happy.
