I'm starting Bill Philip's Body for Life Challenge this Monday (www.bodyforlife.com). I followed it last year, lost 20 lbs, and loved it. Then I began hitting the books hard to pass my Master's exit exam and gained it all back since I became a sedentary sweet munching book worm. Well, school days are over for me and no excuses are allowed. My goal is to be 145 lbs, which is a healthy weight for my body type. Will keep you posted on the results. |
