All weight training done with 10 lbs at 10 reps for 3 sets, slow burn.
Winsor Pilates Beginner Level 20 minute workout.
Cardio is done on Eliptical Cross-Trainer for 45 minutes at 2 mph minimum.
MY DIET
1. 1500 calories or less a day.
2. 96 ounces or more of water a day.
3. 3 veggies, 2 fruits, 3 dairy (1 yougurt) a day.
4. 7 pm cut off time for food (unless staying up past 10 pm).
5. Cheat day CANNOT exceed 2000 calories.
6. Cheat day MUST also include rules 2 and 3.
