Pedigrees Plan:(decided to revise a bit)

1.Drink my 8 glasses of water a day.
2.Take my vitamins and extra calcium.
3.Stick to my diet, not following any particular plan. What I do is reduce fat and sugar.Decrease meal size.(no seconds). Smallest portion on my plate is bad carb(rice, potatoes, etc.) I donate 5% of my meal to my kitchen garbage can(I'm not joking, lol). Bulk of my diet is healthy foods(ie. veggies). I do eat bread but only allow myself 2 slices a day, which I can have whatever way I want.If I have a snack it has to be low fat and low calorie. Not above 1500 calories,
4.I give up one bad food habbit for good.
5.My exercise plan is to try to walk at least once a week,Pilates once a week, biking again (when the snow is gone) once a week and weight training and muscle toning.
6.I promise myself that I will strive to meet these goals, realizing that I will have set backs, but I will just began again and try a little harder.

THIS WILL BE DONE FOR ME, BY ME, TO HELP ME LIVE A  HEALTHY LIFE.
