Hi there I am planning to start everything tomorrow (March 7th, 2005) and today is for organization so here goes my plan....
 
"CHARLENE'S PLAN"
1. Drink at least 5 bottles of water/day.
 
2. Have at least 2 servings of fruits or veggies/day.
 
3. Cut out all junk food ie: chips, pop, fast food.
 
4. Use my exercise ball daily, situps and pushups 25 each to start.
 
5. Buy an exercise tape and do it at least 2-3x's/week.
 
6. Do at least 30 minutes of activity a day.
 
7. Exercise while I watch tv instead of just sitting.
 
8. Do not eat just bc I am bored or bc someone else is, Only when I am hungry.
 
9. Make a couple cd's of "Get off Yur As$" music to motivate.
 
10. Pack lunches/snacks for work, don't impluse buy while there.
 
11. Do not eat after 9pm at night.
 
12. Keep up at this site.
 
13. Stay positive ab this and life in general, feel better look better.
 
14. I can have 1 "Cheat Treat"/week (not take out!) only if I followed everything else.
 
15. (I saw this one on Milli's plan and "borrowed" it, I hope you don't mind, I just think it was such a brilliant idea!)
Spend more time on ME so I'll feel BETTER about MYSELF!
