This is my plan that I plan on implementing today ( March 25, 2005)
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Exercise daily, cardio
3. Exercise 3 x's a week, strength ( Stop paying attention that people around me could be looking, I am at the gym for me and we all have to start somewhere, Right )
4. Eat 3 small meals and 2 small snacks a day. ( working graveyard makes this a little harder, but plans and suggestions would help )
5. No more junk food, not even in my house unless it is a special occassion for the kids
6. limited amounts of soda
7. keep up with this group and get suggestions and support from the people here
8. attend my TOPS meetings, faithfully
9. Learn to love the body that God gave me, but improve upon it.
Add to this whenever I feel I have accomplished one goal or that one goal needs to be improved upon.
