My top 10 goals
1. Drink 150oz. a day
2. Exercise 3x a week
3. Don't go over my points for the week (I follow the WW plan)
4. Limit carbs and fats in my diet
5. Attend my TOPS meeting on Tue.
6. Pray and read my bible daily
7. I liked what Suzye said on her post. I hope you don't mind. Learn to love my body that God gave me, but improve upon it.
8. Check in on the group daily.
9. Don't eat after 9pm
10. Take my vitamins
