First and most inportant take care of myself.  Learn to love myself for who I am not what I  look like.

Drink 3 L of water every day, trying to space it out somewhat evenly, since I tend to just gulp it down in the morning.

5-9 servings of veggies and fruits a day

Keep an exercise, food and weight journal (every day, no excuses)

Do some kind of exercise every single day (20 minutes of pilates isn't too hard)

Stop buying junk for the cottage.  I have this need to buy special treats every weekend for the cottage (I think because thats what my mom did) but truthfully the kids like peaches with yogurt just as much.

Tell my husband and kids that I love them each and every day.  Also make a point of letting the kids know how proud I am of them for the everyday things they do instead of only dwelling on the negative.
