EAT 2 VEGGIES / FRUITS A DAY. 6. JOURNAL EVERYDAY EVEN IF I'M OVER. 7. STAY ACTIVE IN GROUP. 8. SAY "NO" WHEN HUBBY WANTS TO ORDER TAKE-OUT FOR ME. 9. MAKE MORE HEALTHY MEALS / WW RECIPES. 10.
