1. REACH GOAL WEIGHT BY FEBRUARY 1, 2006.  2. WEAR A SIZE 12 BY LABOR DAY.  3. DRINK 80-100 OUNCES OF WATER A DAY.  4. EXERCISE 3-5 TIMES A WEEK., GO TO THE "Y" AT LEAST ONE DAY A WEEK.  5. EAT 2 VEGGIES / FRUITS A DAY.  6. JOURNAL EVERYDAY EVEN IF I'M OVER.  7. STAY ACTIVE IN GROUP.  8. SAY "NO" WHEN HUBBY WANTS TO ORDER TAKE-OUT FOR ME.  9. MAKE MORE HEALTHY MEALS / WW RECIPES.  10. DON'T GIVE UP EVEN IF I HAVE MINOR SETBACKS.  |
