Well, I am starting a new plan. I can't seem to stick to just one, so I have decided to give my struggle to God and pray for better choices, and energy. I am going to do these things to encourage my journey:
1. take in 128 ounces of water a day.
2. exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
3. eat 7 veggies and 4 fruit a day.
4. watch my carb intake.
5. Stay away from eating out!
