My Plans 
  
 1. Lose 50 lbs by December 31st 
 2. Eat Healthy 
 3. Do my Journaling 
 4. Excercise everyday..Well I will try everyday 
 5. Bring up my water intake 
 6. Bring up my Fruits and Veggies intake  (that one is hard for me ) 
 7 Weigh in when I am suppose to 
 8 Be active in this group (or as active as I can be) 
  
 Suzi Plan is to get down to at least 125 what I was before I gained this weight.
