Hi Guys... Post up what kind of WEIGHT LOSS PLAN you are on.... Lets help out the NEWBIES by showing them what we are doing to lose the weight. We know that everyone is different and different things work for different people...so lets keep a running board of our PLANS so we don't have to keep reposting them for NEWBIES. Also this will help us oldies as well if we are looking for something different to try. HUgs Zoo |

Hello, I try to eat a max of 1500 calories a day (never less than 1200) and less than 30% from fat. I work out 6 days a week which includes weight training 3 of those days and cardio all 6. That is it! Lee Anne |

Hey everyone! I know a great work out plan! Well first off I do weight training 2-3 times a week. Do each type of lifting 3x10 for at least 30-45 minutes. Another Work out: Get your baton out, and turn up the music! Time to dance! Lol. First of all, practice and practice till you are good at twirling your baton. Then once you got that accomplished, then you can make up dance moves while twirling your baton. You can even make tricks with your baton. It's a great sweat! I do this like about 4-5 times a week. I have just started this plan as well, and I'm hoping that I will STICK with it. I'm changing my eating habits too. Like a low carb diet, and lots of water. But then again I need yah'll support lol |
