Besides doing all the stay at home mom stuff. my plan for today is to eat less than usual and watch my portion size and fat intake. I will doing a lower body workout with weights today. I am aiming to get out there and walk for about 45 minutes also. I live in Central Florida and we just had our first fall cold front our temperature high today will be @80 and little to no humidity. My plan is to go on a long bike ride, drink at least 4 big glasses of water(thats a hard one for me) watch my calories trying to stay at or under 1000 calories . It gets tedious to count them , but I am amazed at how by doing that i am discovering wherre i have been sabotaging my diet,. In addition to calories i avoid bad fats and stay under 30 grams of fat per day. Thats not a struggle the calorie watching is tough.
