My plan for my new life is as follows:
 1. I will only allow myself a few saltines and cheerios for breakfast and no other white carbs.
 2. I will eat when I'm hungry, and not eat when I'm bored.
 3. I will drink at least 93 oz of water every day.
 4. I will maintain a positive attitude and remember that this will take time and commitment.
 5.I will journal everyday ( at least everyday the computer is here. )
 6. I will excercise everyday for at least 45 minutes.
 7. I will allow myself one treat a week if and only if I have followed my plans everyday.
 8. I will do my best to not eat after 8 p.m. ( this is my danger time! )
 9. I will limit myself to no more then 2 cups of coffee a day.
 10. I WILL HAVE CONFIDENCE AND BELIEVE IN MYSELF!!!
