My exercise goals
 I'd like to be held accountable for committing to going to the gym Monday-Friday with the option of going on Saturdays. 
  At the gym I will at least do 45 mins on the elliptical machine. Currently I am easily doing 35mins. 
 I will do my arm exercises with my resistance band.  Not only for the benefits of strength training, but also for the fact that I spent the money on them.
 I will meet my goal of 10,000 steps a day.
 I will also drink at least 64oz of water a day. 
 As of October 30,2003  I weigh 230. I will not be weighing again until Dec 1st.  I would like to ring in the New Year at 200lbs. Praying to reach this goal.
