Hi everyone. I just found this group today and it seems pretty interesting. I am not sure how this works yet, but here I try: I am 5'11" and currently weighing in at about 210 with all my clothes and shoes on. This is officially my highest weight ever. My plan is to change my lifestyle so that I can lose 50 of these extra pounds. I have high cholesterol and I am a binge eater. I also have high stress and depression. Today, I plan to use the treadmill for at least 26 minutes and do at least 10 situps. I also plan to write down everything I eat today and how much actual exercise I do.
