Hey everyone! I am beginning a new plan for the the new year and I cannot wait! I'm actually beginning really focusing on it starting tomorrow! (Monday, December 29th, 2003). I renewed my membership at Bally Total Fitness (gym), and beginning my own routine, going between cardio and weight lifting. Even though it was X-mas this past week I've gone 4 days this week, and will be going full steam once the hoildays pass. Also started Bally's diet system, with their shakes and snack bars, yummy.....and I'm still counting my Weight Watchers Points. Annie |
