Well my plan is a bit undecided. I know that i can lose weight cutting back on carbs, and that is always good, but I tend to burn out from that around March, And I know that I need to watch my intake of sugar, and to increase my amount of water. So I think I will try to eat a more balanced diet but yet watch the calories, carbs and sugars. Mainly calories I think. It is the one thing I haven't really done before. So I will decide and get my plan more organized before the 1st than post it than. Hope |
