My plan is to loose 50lbs, i currently weigh 190, i am 6lbs away from the weight i gave birth at!! I am 5'6" and i am very happy at 140. I am larger boned and i look very good at this weight and i want back there sooooo bad!!! I plan on cutting out alot of fat and carbs out of my diet. I am going to try the points system cuz thats how my mom lost 60lbs and has kept it off for 3 yrs. With work and college at night i dont have time to attend the tops meetings she attends so i am going to let her be my coach to an extent lol. She is a bit too pushy due to the fact she is my mom, so that is the reason i am here. I am also using a torso roller ( my sister went down 3 sizes using one alone with no diet in 3 weeks) I want to loose the 50lbs before summer so i can finally wear my 2 piece again and not feel embarassed.
