 Exercise: 
  
 Daily: 10 minute spirts of cardio ( Atleast 3 times)
          Walk or Gazzelle atleast 1 mile
  
  
 Monday: Upper Body Toning
 Wednesday: Middle Body Toning
 Friday: Lower Body Toning
  
 Drink at least 64oz water daily
  
 Cut all added sugar
  
 Calories at 1200 to 1300 daily.
