I've decided to pack a healthy lunch everyday to bring to work. I bought stuff today to have a nice filling varied menu daily. Money is tight for me and bargain meals at fast food places have been a staple too long. This will save gas money too and staying off the clock less. Luckily I have co-worker who has decided to do this with me. She has been my binging buddy, but now will be my healthy buddy.
