I basically follow THREE plans:

(1)     Weight Watchers Flex Points (for eating);

(2)     Curves (for exercise), and

(3)     Dr. Phil's Ultimate Weight Loss Guide (for emotional support).

I love the WW Flex plan.  I lost over 100 lbs. on the Winning Points plan, but unfortunately I went back to all my old habits .  So I recommitted to WW on 06/24/04, and I'm doing good.

I joined Curves at the end of February 2004 and started exercising in March.  I LOVE it!  I'm still fat, but at least I have a bunch of muscle underneath it!    It really is a lot of fun.  I joined with my Mom.  After 30 minutes of machines and recovery boards, we stretch.  When I get home, I then walk my dog.  (He stares at me through the back door and cries until I take him!)  I usually go 5-6 times a week.

I read half of Dr. Phil, then didn't pick up the book for months.  I'm going to start reading from the beginning again.  It really was helping in dealing with the "whys" of emotional eating and how to deal with it.

So that's KAT'S PLAN.

Kat
