This is my plan:
My plan is to stay here with you guys for emotional support until I look as good as I did in my wedding portrait. My exercise plan is to walk 45 minutes (treadmill) a day at a good pace while listening to music. Works better for me in the evening. I sleep better at night if I exercise at around 8 or 9.
My plan is to take in more water. Do slim fast lunches and Weight Watchers Slim One Frozen Dinners everyday. Throw in some fruit during the day. Then in the evening have my cappy (cappuchino) with a tv show.
