Hello everyone, I am new to this group, I am finding lots of interesting things here. When i have more time I will check them out. A short little profile of me: 28 year old female 5'1 and the scale tells me 255 the most i have every weighed :( ... My loving Boyfriend of 3 years is 6'2 and he was 360 but once he found out he was Daibetic he has since lost 31 pounds. I want to try and eat like a Diabetic and that may help. I want to get to 200 pounds. I have been watching my CARBS, and I dont drink sodas, My problem is my job has me on the ROAD all day. So food is always there. I work crazy hours as well. Some time I dont eat lunch until 3-4 pm then I am not hungry for dinner. and then i want to eat again at 10-11 pm.. I am trying to change my habits and any suggestions I would welcome. I like the freindly atmosphere in here. I really want and need to give and recieve support and sugestions.
