Sat:  Kickboxing Class 60 minutes - Walking around aviary
Sun: Walking around museum - likely for hours! :)
Mon: Tae Kwon Do after work - if I can get a sitter
Tues: aerobics class
Wed: walking or aerobics tape
Thurs: aerobics class
Fri: video - aerobics plus weights
 
Goal of 1800-2000 calories daily.
Goal of 3 liters of water daily.

Today: 30+ minutes of cardio/Nautilus Circuit 2
Saturday: 60+ minutes of cardio
Sunday: 30+ minutes of cardio OR Pilates tape
Monday: 30 min. cardio between jobs
Tuesday: 30+ min. cardio/Nautilus Circuit 1/abs class
Wednesday: 30 min of cardio between jobs
Thursday:30+ min. cardio/Nautilus Circuit 2/abs class
Friday: maybe cardio/ maybe REST

Friday: 60 min. steady state on rec. bike, circuit of Nautilus, 5 min. on treadmill, some free weights
Saturday: Nada
Sunday: Nada
Monday: Nada

Wednesday: 30 min of cardio between jobs

Wednesday: 20 min of slow slow slow pedalling on the recumbent bike.  I think I am getting sick. :(

The gym has been packed with tons of people since the new year.  I was able to do T-Th lifting before no problem, now I can't squeeze it in...Gonna try this new M-W-F schedule....We'll see how it goes.
