Ok, so I've been readin here that planning is the key...soooooo, I've decided to attempt to make a plan. WooHoo!  I figure it's a good idea to plan out what I want to eat, that way, I don't end up having mac and cheese or taco bell for dinner every night! I don't know if anyone but me is reading this, but in any case, I think it'll help me out to have this on here, as I'm more likely to hold myself responisble for it later.  *deep breath* Okay here goes nothing!

Friday Breakfast:
Honey Nut Cheerios and milk
Friday Lunch:
I'll probably end up eating out with my dad, but I'll pick something sensible
Friday Dinner:
Shepherd's Pie from 30 Minute Meals
Saturday Breakfast:
Eggo Waffles with syrup, Milk
Saturday Lunch:
Will most likely eat out, or else have a sandwich or leftovers at home
Saturday Dinner:
That awesome recipe Zoo posted for pork chops - YUM!
Sunday Breakfast:
Bagel and cream cheese with juice or milk
Sunday Lunch:
Leftovers or a sandwich
Sunday Dinner:
Leftovers most likely

Okay as you can see, I'm not much of a chef...but I'm going to try to start making more things at home...for healthfullness and to save some money! I'll let you know how I do this weekend!

Katy

Here I go again. Hopefully it will work out better this time!
I'm saving this to fill in later.  I'm just too tired right now!

Well, I didn't get to go to the store today since I was feeling badly all day, I pretty much just stayed in bed.  Between AF and feeling rather depressed about my so called "love life", I just didn't want to do anything. But I'm starting tomorrow with the no soda for 29 days habit making plan and I'm going to try to eat more healthfully. Wish me luck!
