DAILY PLANNER FOR SUCCESS!!!!!!
 
1. Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water a day (not including teas or other drink)
 
2. Meal plan as follows:
 
small meals every few hours to include 2 shakes, 2 or 3 pieces of fruit, 2 meals and if needed cup of soup at night each day
 
example menu
breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 rashers of bacon and 4 mushrooms
snack: shake made with 1/2 pint milk
lunch: 2 pieces of fruit and a dozen nuts
snack: shake made with 1/2 pint milk
dinner: meat/fish plus veggies as much as I want
supper: tin of soup or cup a soup if needed
 
3. Re-introduce exercise plan as follows:
     
Swimming 3 days a week again start over new        beginnning
Gravity strider daily Mon-Sat start at 5mins build up slowly as advice  boring too slow but, I will do it right and not rush
 
4. Weigh weekly on a Saturday but, not inbetween  (that's gonna be hard)
 
5. Journal atleast several times a week ideally daily
 
6. Post for others to encourage them so as not to become self centred

Ok new daily planner now I have stopped eating the carbs and feel a lil more confident
 
1. Drink 2-3 litres of water a day (exclusive of other fluids)
 
2. Eat regulary ; 8-9am shake with milk (half pint)
                             12-1.30pm 2 eggs, 2 bacon and 4 mushrooms
                             4-5.30pm fish/meat and vegetables (loads)
                             8-9pm shake with milk (half pint)
                             evening ~ fruit up to 3 pieces
 
3. Re-introduce exercise plan as before
 
4. Weigh in weekly saturdays (will be hard)
 
5. Journal daily if poss min 3 x weekly
 
6. Post to encourage and support others

time for realistic plan
 
1. breakfast:  1 slice of toast
either 1 egg/2 rashers bacon/peanut butter/jam
 
2. lunch:  sandwich with salad and beef/ham/cheese/tuna
or soup and bread
 
3. dinner: meat/fish/poutry and veggies loadsssss
 
4. snacks/evening: 3 pieces of fruit
 
5. lots of water 2-3 litres min
 
6. exercise: swim three times a week build up to 60 lengths
 
thats the new plan
start weight is 116k/255.2lbs/18st 3.2 lbs
1st target 114.45k/252lbs/18st
