DAILY PLANNER FOR SUCCESS!!!!!!
  
 1. Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water a day
 (not including teas or other drink)   
 2. Meal plan as follows
:   
 small meals every few hours to include 2 shakes, 2 or 3 pieces of fruit, 2 meals and if needed cup of soup at night each day 
  
 example menu 
 breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 rashers of bacon and 4 mushrooms
 snack: shake made with 1/2 pint milk 
 lunch: 2 pieces of fruit and a dozen nuts
 snack: shake made with 1/2 pint milk
 dinner: meat/fish plus veggies as much as I want
 supper: tin of soup or cup a soup if needed 
  
 3. Re-introduce exercise plan as follows
:        
 Swimming 3 days a week again start over new        beginnning
  Gravity strider daily Mon-Sat start at 5mins build up slowly as advice 
 boring too slow but, I will do it right and not rush 
   
 4. Weigh weekly on a Saturday but, not inbetween 
 (that's gonna be hard)   
 5. Journal atleast several times a week ideally daily 
   
 6. Post for others to encourage them so as not to become self centred
